Entry Prep

New submission platform for 2020
The entry submission platform has been changed this year in order for us to change the rate tables and also offer an online public voting round in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. If you have submitted in years past, you will have to create a new account on Judgify this year. Sorry for any inconvenience.

New Fee Schedule:
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and to simplify the overall process, we have switched to LOWER FLAT RATES with MORE AVAILABLE DISCOUNTS for 2020.

Early Bird Rate: $30.00 each
for entries received/paid August 1-15

Regular Rate: $40.00 each
for entries received/paid August 16-31

Member Discount: $10.00 each

Student Discount: $15.00 each

HOW DOES THIS COMPARE TO 2019? Last year, the first five (5) entries were $35 members/$55 nonmembers/$20 students each. Additional entries after the initial five were then discounted 50%.

  • You can edit entries after submittal and payment up until the final deadline of 8/31/2020. You can submit early with payment and then finish the entry later to take advantage of the Early Bird Discount.
  • Entries must be paid for online by credit card no later than 11:59 p.m. August 31, 2020 or they will not be included for judging.
  • Member and student discounts are associated with your login profile. Select whether you are a member and/or student when creating your Judgify account and the discounts will automatically be applied.

For each entry, be prepared to provide:

  1. Category, entry title, client, creation/publication date, art director, designer, design brief/description of the project explaining the goals and objectives of the project (250 words or less).
  2. Attachment(s) showing your project.
  • JPEG, PNG or PDF files accepted. Maximum file size is 5MB per piece. You can upload a maximum of five attachments for each entry to showcase your work.
  • If you are uploading a multiple page item (like a book) we suggest you pull select pages out and upload them as JPGs for easy viewing.
  • Interactive entries may include video attachments and links to the appropriate app store.
  • Videos, if integral to the submitted design entry, may be hosted on a video site such as YouTube or Vimeo and the link shared in the “URL” field.
  • Provide links to publicly accessible campaigns or landing page of live websites. Please include any applicable usernames and passwords in the ‘Special Instructions’ field so judges can access the entry if it is outside of the public realm.
  • Please do not upload any further written material. Any additional written material will not be considered by the judges. The written component of your entry should be fully explained in the design brief.
  1. Credit
  • Please credit all members of the team that contributed to this entry (copywriters, photographers, illustrators, etc.)
